Isolation

Oct 11, 2022

In her autobiography, Catholic social activist Dorothy Day writes about the sense of isolation that can accompany life at times. She writes, “We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love, and that love comes with community.” I am grateful for this community and the sense of companionship that is growing every time we gather. I am thankful for the Spirit at work, bringing us together in simple ways to share profound gifts. We can’t walk this path alone, and we need each other. Thank you for showing up.
