What a nice addition to our Family Service on Sunday! Bagpiper Andrew Clinard generously offered his time and expertise to play music at our Family Service, both for our service music and for a beautiful display of talent on the bagpipes afterward.

40 people participated in Sunday’s Non-Violent Resistance Training session (#2 of 4 sessions – you still have time to come!) at Clifton United Methodist Church. We learned techniques for de-escalation and bystander intervention by going through scenarios we could encounter in our community. Next week: Theology and philosophy of non-violence. Please come! We are learning in a non-threatening, easy-going environment. Lunch and childcare are provided.
