A big reason I give my time especially outside the church is because I think that what Calvary does is really amazing with all the programs they have to help support others such as Laundry Love. Going every month and getting to see our church help is really impactful for me and I think it’s really easy to notice how grateful some of the people there truly are for Laundry Love and the people who volunteer every month. I think that through the generosity of the church and the people supporting the church it really helps out the lives of the people that are positively affected by Laundry Love. The church does the same with the El Hogar mission trips where El Hogar gives students a safe place to live with food, water, and education which helps out the students and families. By sending Calvary volunteers, it helps to support the El Hogar program and keep it running
